Chris Rizzi
For over 45 years, Chris has devoted himself to the craft of building and design, guided by a simple but powerful principle: do it right, and do it with care. What began with the purchase of his first hammer has grown—through hard work, unwavering integrity, and uncompromised craftsmanship—into a multi-generational company known for excellence. Chris built more than just homes; he built trust, earning the respect of clients and peers alike by treating every project as if it were his own. Today, that legacy continues through a partnership with his son, Andrew, and son-in-law, Chris Whiteside. Together, they’ve created a company where ownership is present in every detail, and the standard is never anything less than exceptional. At the heart of it all is a belief Chris has always held close: when we complete a project, we haven’t just delivered a home—we’ve built a relationship, and hopefully, gained a friend.
